That’s because I’m scientifically minded, compassionately hearted, and an open thinker with a side of rock n’ roll swagger.

Dr. Chris, Life Academy

As a born-n-raised Canadian boy from Toronto with nothing more than a passion for helping others, I moved to San Francisco in 2006 and got my doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology.

Through helping thousands of people achieve their goals, mentored budding clinicians, published research, presented at international conferences, and created an online show called Dr. Chris TV...

I pour my heart and soul into helping people!

Through my videos, seminars, and products you’ll learn an abundance of useful wisdom. By no means do I have all the answers. Life is a continuous journey of learning for me and I want to impart onto you the best of what I learn. So expect me to keep things 100% with all of my imperfections and “What did he just say?” moments as we are on this journey of life together.
